The CPs will be required to develop a Monitoring plan/framework and present it for the assessment. (Please refer to Annexure B for template and the assessment criteria).

Assignment Submission Dates
A hard copy of the reflective paper must be submitted to the Academic Administration Office not later than 5.00pm on Friday, May 23, 2008.
A hard copy of the framework/plan should be submitted to the Academic Administration not later than 5.00pm on Friday, June 27, 2008.

Following are the key aspects/areas for developing the Monitoring Poan, wich will be considered to assess the presentation. Each item carries equal mark.
1 | Key areas selected for the monitoring plan (at least 2 key areas) | Rationale for selecting the key areas and how are these linked with overall institutional vision, purpose, and plan. |
2 | Performance indicators/success criteria for each key area. | |
3 | Proposed methods of data collection. | Rationale for the methods proposed |
4 | Proposed type/number of monitoring tools. | At least one sample tool using the indicators developed. |
5 | Data source. | Identify stakeholders and number and show there is relevant to the data required. |
6 | Who will collect data and frequency? | Provide Rationale - |
7 | Use of data. | Identify possible ways in which data could/would be used. |
8 | Who would have access to data? | Identify the key persons. |
9 | Implications. | For the institution/personnel in engaging in systematic self-evaluation exercise. |
10 | Lessons learnt. | Challenges faced (if any) in developing the framework. |
