Why educational reforms failed in pakistan?

·         Tunnel view of reforms failed in Pakistan.
·         Fragility and lack of vision and accountability.
·         Reforms are not informed by research.
·         Re-inventing wheel approach.
·         One size fits all frameworks.
·         Inadequate institutional capacity.
