1.      Teacher is on time in the classroom
2.      Teacher is well versed with subject contents
3.      Teacher employs innovative strategies
4.      Teacher has command over language
5.      The teacher gives clear instructions
6.      Voice level is audible
7.      Classroom rules observed and reinforced
8.      Appropriate displays / teaching aids are related to topic
9.      All students are given attention – quiet and active students
10.  Time is well utilized in the classroom
11.  Content and activities are appropriate to the students level
12.  Teacher motivates students through encouragement
13.  Feedback given to students is constructive
14.  How feedback is given:
a.       Is it specific?
b.      Is it relevant to topic?
c.       Is it relevant to students’ level?
d.      Is it in appropriate time?
e.       Is it given regularly?
f.       Is it checked regularly?
g.      Is there variety?
15.  Checking students’ exercise book
